Group coaching is an interactive and evidence-based approach where up to 20 participants are guided towards shared health goals for 10 weekly virtual one hour sessions. Sharing similar challenges in a group setting is beneficial for improving chronic disease management. We coach on nutrition, exercise, and the right mental attitude.
